How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find ARQ and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does the free trial work?
ARQ offers a 7-day free trial. You'll have full access to all features. Your Apple ID will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before it expires. No charges are made during the trial period.
What are the subscription prices?
ARQ Premium is available at $12.99/month or $59.99/year (billed annually — that's about $5/month, saving you 61%). Both plans include the same full set of features and a 7-day free trial.
Does ARQ store my conversations?
Yes — ARQ stores your session history to power its pattern recognition and morning-to-evening memory. This is core to how the app works. Your data is encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the morning-to-evening memory work?
When you complete a morning session, ARQ saves what you committed to. In your evening debrief, it references your exact words from that morning — not a summary, but what you actually said. This is what creates genuine accountability.
Can I use ARQ on Android or web?
ARQ is currently iOS only. Android and web versions are not available at this time. If you'd like to be notified when they launch, email us at team@tryarq.com.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund. You can also email us at team@tryarq.com and we'll help you through the process.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request account deletion and removal of all your data, email us at team@tryarq.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll process your request within 30 days.
